Some of you may remember the Swell Season (Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová) from the film Once (beautiful movie if you have not seen it).  The two developed a relationship both in the film and real life.  They won an oscar for the song ”Falling Slowly” in 2008.  This documentary, The Swell Season, follows their relationship and their struggle to stay together. 

The film is showing this Friday as part of  the Independent Film Festival Boston at Emerson College’s Paramount Center (Bright Screening Room) at 8:15pm.
